Purpose

Parauling is an app for learning vocabulary through play, designed for families. The website gives information about the service; the app is where you play and where you take out Premium (also in the Google Play and App Store apps, with each store’s checkout). Access and use imply acceptance of this legal notice and of the terms of use and subscription. The privacy policy explains how we process data.

Intellectual and industrial property

The name Parauling, the logo, the illustrations, the audio, the texts, the word catalogue, the design and the software are the property of Martrends Apps, S.L. or are used under licence. They may be used for the personal and family use that is part of the service. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed for any other use without written authorisation.

Liability

Martrends Apps, S.L. works to make the service run correctly, but cannot guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of errors. Within the limits allowed by law, and without prejudice to the rights that the law grants to consumers, it is not liable for any damage that may arise from interruptions, errors or use of the service contrary to the terms. Nor is it liable for the content of third-party websites that are linked to.

Accessibility

Martrends Apps, S.L. is a micro-enterprise and, as such, falls outside the obligations that Spanish Act 11/2023 sets for services. Even so, we work to make Parauling as easy as possible for everyone to use, and we welcome any comments at support@parauling.com.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence have jurisdiction; in all other cases, those of Mataró.
